Luiz Friggi is a partner at Simões Pires leading the Civil and Corporate Consulting and Litigation department.
He has over 25 years of experience in strategic and highly complex litigation, having worked in several specialties, including contracts, banking, credit recovery, corporate, real estate, civil liability, insurance, judicial recoveries, bankruptcies, agribusiness and intellectual property.
He is a member of the IASP Bankruptcy and Recovery Law Committee (Instituto dos Advogados de São Paulo), and a professor of Corporate Law at Mackenzie University.
