Gustavo has over 15 years of experience and in-depth knowledge of the Brazilian tax system, including direct and indirect taxes.
He has experience in a law firm, a multinational consumer goods industry, and a long career as a partner in an audit firm (Big Four). He has extensive experience in the automotive, chemical, pharmaceutical, consumer goods, aeronautical sectors, among others, where he has led projects related to identifying opportunities to reduce the tax burden, studying and implementing tax incentives and benefits, in tax regularity and compliance projects, as well as in responding to inspections and tax controversies.
Bachelor’s degree in Law and postgraduate degree in Tax Law from PUC/SP
Member of the Lawyer’s Board in Brazil – OAB SP.
