Ricardo is an executive with over 17 years of experience in different areas and sectors. Over the past 10 years, he has worked in consulting, focusing on projects to leverage financial results, improve performance and implement technology in the Legal, Human Resources and Payroll areas. He has executed different projects aimed at reviewing the operating model, analyzing governance, employee experience, implementing data strategy, adapting Machine Learning models, as well as using descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analytics to support strategic decision-making. Prior to consulting, he worked for approximately 7 years in mass litigation management, focusing on cash flow improvements, reducing provisions, implementing settlement policies, improving processes and systemic controls. He is a lawyer with a postgraduate degree in Labor and Social Security Law, and a specialization in data science and machine learning from MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology).
