Roberta is a partner at Simões Pires in the Energy, Construction and Contract Management department.
She is a specialist in Project Management, Corporate Law and Energy Planning, Roberta has over 15 years of experience in corporate law, having participated in the structuring of dozens of greenfield and brownfield infrastructure and construction projects, M&As, international investments, cross-border transactions and complex contracts.
Roberta has international experience, having worked for 1 year in Tokyo, Japan, as an international legal advisor for the American law firm Morrison Foerster LLP.
Some of her highlights and recognitions: Named one of the best lawyers in the country in Construction Law by the Best Lawyers ranking for three consecutive years – 2021, 2022 and 2023; Author of several articles on the electricity and construction sectors; Member of the Sexual and Gender Diversity Committee of the OAB-SP; and Arbitrator in Construction Contracts by the Online Arbitration Chamber Arbtrato.
