Valéria is the Head of the Labor Department in Simões Pires, with over sixteen years of experience in labor and social security issues, advising national and foreign companies, which includes reviewing labor procedures, conducting legal audits, union negotiations, differentiated remuneration systems, as well as evaluating management practices and future liability generators for companies.
She also works in labor litigation, coordinating and conducting judicial and administrative proceedings, and developing alternative solutions to labor disputes such as arbitration.
Bachelor’s degree in Law from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie – São Paulo in 2009, she is also a specialist in Labor Law from PUC/SP (2012) and holds na Executive MBA in Economic and Strategic HR Management from FGV – SP (2015).
